Job DescriptionThe ETL Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust and efficient data integration solutions that support business intelligence, analytics, and performance measurement. This role will work in a fast-paced Agile environment to automate data acquisition, transform data into usable formats, and support ongoing operations of a data integration hub serving public sector healthcare initiatives.?Responsibilities:•Design and develop ETL mappings, workflows, and automation processes using Informatica (IICS, IDMC, or PowerCenter).•Acquire and integrate data from diverse sources (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, Excel, PDF).•Create efficient and optimized SQL scripts and materialized views for analytics use.•Collaborate with architects and data engineering teams to implement scalable solutions.•Validate ETL processes and automate testing and verification routines.•Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, development, and review.•Maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and specifications.•Enhance and maintain a Java-based internal website supporting Tableau dashboards.•Ensure data security, especially around healthcare data (PII/PHI).?RequirementsMinimum Qualifications:•8+ years of ETL development using Informatica IICS, IDMC, or PowerCenter.•8+ years of experience with data acquisition from multiple technologies and transformation for use in BI tools (e.g., Tableau).•8+ years of hands-on SQL development for performance-focused queries and scripts.•Strong experience with systems analysis for large-scale data and analytics projects.•Proficiency in technical writing and use of diagramming/modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Erwin).•Experience with Python scripting, Agile development, and JIRA.?Preferred Qualifications:•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business.•Prior experience in the healthcare or HHS sector.•Experience with sensitive data (PII/PHI).•Hands-on experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs).•Prior Tableau dashboard/report development.•Familiarity with REST/SOAP web services and Agile best practices.•Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.?Work Location & Schedule:•Location: 701 51st Street, Austin, TX 78751•Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM•Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days remote, 2 days onsite (Mondays and Wednesdays)•Local candidates only - relocation not supported•May require occasional evening or weekend work, with pre-approval?BenefitsHealth Care: Air InfoSec offers an Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA), providing up to $350/month in tax-free reimbursements to help cover the cost of your own health insurance premium.
