QuantumScape is seeking a highly skilled and versatile
Business Analyst
to support and enhance our
SAP S/4HANA
and
SuccessFactors
platforms. This on-site role demands a strong blend of
functional expertise and technical acumen , with deep knowledge of core SAP modules and HR systems. As a strategic partner to both business and IT teams, you will drive
process improvements, system optimizations, and user adoption
across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
SAP S/4HANA
Serve as the
Subject Matter Expert (SME)
for SAP S/4HANA modules, including
FI/CO, EAM, EWM, MM, PP, SD , and other modules as required. Translate business requirements into clear, actionable
functional and technical specifications . Configure and maintain SAP modules to align with best practice
business processes and compliance standards . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and provide end-to-end functional solutions. Prepare detailed functional specifications and support the development of custom reports, workflows, and integrations. Collaborate with developers and integration teams to implement enhancements and resolve system issues. Lead and coordinate testing efforts, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Ensure compliance with company policies, data security standards, and SAP best practices. Create training materials, deliver user workshops, and provide ongoing support. SAP SuccessFactors
Act as a subject matter expert and provide functional and technical support for SuccessFactors modules, including
Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Goals, Performance & Compensation management, Payroll and Benefits management, Time and attendance . Partner with HR stakeholders to streamline processes, improve data quality, and enhance employee
experience . Document
"As-Is"
and
"To-Be"
business process flows for cross-functional operations and HR scenarios Manage system configurations, roles/permissions, workflows, and integrations with AD, SAP S/4HANA and third-party applications. Monitor system performance, coordinate upgrades, and ensure
data integrity and compliance . Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in information systems , Business Administration , or a related field. Bachelor's degree & 10+ years (or Master's degree & 8+ years)
of hands-on experience with
SAP S/4HANA
and
SuccessFactors
in both functional and technical roles. Strong understanding of business processes across
manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and HR . Proficiency with
SAP Fiori ,
ABAP debugging , and integration tools (e.g.,
SAP CPI, IDoc, EDI mappings ). Experience ensuring
SOX compliance . Exceptional
analytical, communication, and problem-solving
skills. Ability to work
independently on-site
and collaborate effectively across
cross-functional teams . Preferred
MS in Computer Science or Information Systems or related field. SAP certifications in
S/4HANA
and/or
SuccessFactors . Experience in a
high-growth, technology-driven
organization. Familiarity with
Agile methodologies
and tools such as
Jira
and
ServiceNow .

ONSITE: This position requires you to work onsite 5 days per week to meet the minimum essential duties and requirements of this position. Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range for this role is $143,200 - $218,400, and a salary will be determined by the candidate's experience and educational background. QuantumScape also offers an annual bonus and a generous RSU/Equity package as part of its compensation plan. In addition, we do offer a tremendous benefits plan including employee paid health care, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), and other exciting perks.
