Sr. Specialist B2B Marketing Operations - HEP

We're looking for a Sr. Specialist, B2B Marketing Operations to join the Digital Operations team and support the execution of marketing automation strategies. You'll support the launch of campaigns that are powered by data and leverages real-time insights, to create a personalized partner experience. As a sr. specialist, you will be working with senior team members to help build, measure, optimise and scale our marketing programs to drive growth. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting the evaluation of existing marketing journeys, supporting demand generation and integrated marketing campaigns, informing strategic planning, and enhancing overall marketing process, technology, and workflow.

Responsibilities • Works within and across team to deliver best in class Marketo programs, ensuring flawless execution and maintaining Marketo's performance and optimize processes. • Manages end-to-end email campaign production in both Marketo and Message Gears, including planning, list segmentation, testing, execution and optimization. • Conducts quality assurance on email campaigns, ensuring email messages are properly constructed to adhere to best practices, deliverability, mobile rendering, open rates, etc. • Reviews and maintains always on/triggered Marketo programs to ensure any future optimizations and developments are correctly applied to ensure on going high performance and engagement. • Is proactive and reviews functionality, workflows, and updates landing pages. Provide recommendations and input on goals, objectives, strategy and marketing automation best practices, supporting management of internal stakeholders acting as an internal automation strategy consultant • Investigates data quality and continuously improve on data quality. • Work with senior team members to understand the requirements of Marketing stakeholders and act as a conduit to technical teams to ensure the system(s) can deliver on those requirements. • Provide recommendations and input on goals, objectives, strategy and marketing automation best practices, supporting management of internal stakeholders acting as an internal automation strategy consultant • Keep Marketing Automation documentation current - including naming conventions, best practices, processes, and procedures. • Strategic mindset that can see beyond the day-to-day to help the business achieve long-term acquisition and retention goals.

Desired Skills And Experience • B2B Tech marketing experience with at least 4+ years of advanced experience in Marketo and experience with Salesforce. • Experience using Message Gears highly beneficial • Experience working within a matrix organisation. • Attention to detail. Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and thoroughness in work, ensuring quality and consistency across tasks. Reviews work carefully to minimize errors and proactively identifies inconsistencies or potential issues. • Effectively manages multiple projects while maintaining precision in data entry, content creation, and process execution. Strong ability to follow guidelines, adhere to compliance standards, and uphold best practices to deliver high-quality results. • Strong analytical skills, able to draw insights and intelligence from marketing data. • Ability to understand, assess, and implement lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, personalisation, and other lead/customer management practices. • A good understanding of database structure, data hygiene, analytics, and attribution. • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
