Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success in this position, along with the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate in a cross-functional environment, and utilize problem-solving skills to proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities. This is a unique opportunity to work on a high-performing and dynamic team supporting Boeing's Fighter Programs.

Position Responsibilities:

Oversees, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for highly complex or difficult projects, programs and change driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standards Directs and provides high level studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), determines scope, reports, and oversight of planning requests Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case Develops and executes the process and strategy for the integration of plans and schedules Consults and recommends integrated planning, scheduling, change and baseline management, processes, techniques and tools to management considered to be best practices across the industry Recognized as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives Authorizes commitment of resources by obtaining approvals from stakeholders Oversees deployment of approved recommendations at Division, Business Unit, and/or Enterprise levels This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

10+ years of experience with program management, project management and/or business operations 10+ years of experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions or initiatives Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Experience in a role requiring strong analytical and problem solving skills Experience preparing and presenting to executives, senior leadership, and external customers 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience using SharePoint 5+ years of experience collaborating across multiple functions and teams 5+ years of experience interpreting data from a variety of sources, including engineering, supply chain, customer and industry data Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary pay range for $132,600 - $179,400
