NESCO is seeking experienced Quality Technicians to support our client's growing manufacturing operations advancing hydrogen fuel cell technology. This is a long-term contract position offering a consistent schedule, competitive pay, and the chance to contribute to clean energy innovation.

We currently have openings across multiple shifts, making this a great opportunity for those with prior quality inspection experience and strong attention to detail-especially individuals who work well independently and take pride in producing high-quality work.

Available Schedules: 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:30am - 4:00pm 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:30pm - 2:00am 3rd Shift: Friday - Sunday, 5:30am - 6:00pm 4th Shift: Friday - Sunday, 5:30pm - 6:00am

Pay: $23-$25/hr depending on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES: Inspect incoming parts and in-process assemblies using tools such as micrometers, gauges, and calipers Perform First Article Inspections (FAIs), capability studies, PPAP submissions, and Gauge R&R Document and log inspection results and non-conforming product data Support internal process audits and continuous improvement efforts Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and quality procedures in accordance with ISO and IATF standards Work independently, following established priorities and standards with minimal supervision

REQUIREMENTS: Associate's degree in a technical field OR 3+ years of experience in quality within a manufacturing environment Working knowledge of blueprint reading and GD&T Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949, and AS9102 preferred Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
