Our client is looking to hire an
Administrative Assistant
in Arlington, TX! This position will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. In addition to reception duties, the role includes overseeing onboarding processes for new hires, managing data entry for payroll, and supporting various office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Experience in administrative support, HR onboarding, and payroll systems is highly preferred. Requirements : Must have 5+ years of Administrative Assistant experience Must have experience with Payroll and Bookkeeping duties Experience in an Office Management position is preferred Must have strong data entry skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
Benefits: Medical Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Holidays
Compensation:
$28.00-$30.00/hour
