As a

Skilled Warehouse Worker - GMA Repair , your primary responsibilities will include:

Working independently or with a partner to repair pallets following written instructions of the pallet design. Maintaining or exceeding minimum pallet production expectations. Performing pallet construction tasks that involve strenuous manual labor. Operating and controlling precision with hand-held, pneumatic, and power tools, such as a nail gun, to make quick and repeated adjustments to exact positions. Understanding the various types and grades of pallets, and differentiating between good and bad (un-usable) boards. Stamping repaired pallets with your provided employee number. Maintaining a clean working environment and thoroughly cleaning your entire work area at the end of each shift. What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in pallet repair, woodworking, or construction is required. Excellent physical stamina, with the ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift. Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects, and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support without fatigue. Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and over 50 lbs. with assistance. Strong attention to detail and a high degree of control for precision work. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Experience with hammers and a variety of hand and power tools. Commitment to a clean and safe work environment. High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Physical Requirements:

This position requires

strenuous manual labor

and excellent physical stamina. You must be able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift. Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying objects, using abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and over 50 lbs. with assistance. Requires the ability to lift and stack a minimum of 275 pallets per day, 15 to 20 high per stack. Requires repetitive use of a hammer, hand-held, pneumatic, and power tools. Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will primarily work in a manufacturing or production environment. This may include exposure to

wood dust, sawdust, moderate to high noise levels, and varying temperatures.

Steel-toed boots and other personal protective equipment (PPE) will be required.
