Job Description
We are seeking a skilled
IT Business Systems Analyst II
to serve as a strategic bridge between business units and IT. This role focuses on analyzing business needs, designing scalable solutions, and optimizing systems to support organizational goals. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and experience in modern cloud-native environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. System Analysis & Design:
Evaluate existing systems, identify gaps, and document functional specifications and workflows. Project Implementation:
Support planning, scope definition, and testing phases including UAT. Stakeholder Support:
Act as a liaison between IT and business units; provide training and system support. Data & Reporting:
Ensure accurate data integration and develop dashboards for decision-making. Continuous Improvement:
Stay current with industry trends and lead process optimization initiatives. Quality Assurance:
Define acceptance criteria and lead UAT sessions to ensure high-quality deliverables. Product Launch:
Coordinate releases and provide post-launch support. Risk & Compliance:
Ensure systems comply with regulations (SOX, PCI-DSS) and internal security standards. Requirements
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst. Experience with low-code platforms, SQL, and data visualization tools. Familiarity with microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud-native applications. Certifications (Preferred):
CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe certifications. Skills:
Strong analytical and root cause analysis capabilities. Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, ADO, Jira, Asana. Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Understanding of ERP/CRM systems and business processes. Project management and cross-functional collaboration. Adaptability and ability to work independently. Benefits
