Hours: Full-Time Monday to Friday 10:30am-6:30pm (9:00am-5:00pm during training) Pay: Starting at $21.00 per hour PLUS commission Essential Job Responsibilities:

Answer phones in a busy, fast paced environment. Transfer callers to appropriate personnel / departments. Maintain customer records by updating account information. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; and following up to ensure resolution. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Position Requirements:
