About the Role
We're looking for a
Salesforce Project Coordinator
to support our consulting and implementation teams. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on Salesforce experience-particularly as a Power User or administrator-who is ready to step into a project coordination role. You'll help keep client engagements running smoothly by tracking progress, organizing deliverables, and facilitating clear communication across teams.
What You'll Do
Coordinate internal and client meetings, document agendas, track action items, and follow up on deliverables. Assist with managing timelines, task assignments, and resource schedules across Salesforce projects. Support the use of Jira and Confluence for task tracking and project documentation. Help create, manage, and prioritize work tickets related to Salesforce functionality and configuration. Collaborate closely with consultants, architects, and clients to ensure project milestones are met. Maintain documentation and ensure consistent communication with all project stakeholders. Assist in onboarding new clients and initiating project workflows and cadence. Required Skills
1-3 years of experience coordinating or managing Salesforce workstreams or projects. Hands-on experience as a
Salesforce Power User
or with
Salesforce Administration tasks
(e.g., managing users, dashboards, page layouts, or data updates). Experience working with task tracking tools such as Jira, and documentation tools like Confluence or Google Workspace. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize work, manage deadlines, and support multiple teams simultaneously. Collaborative mindset with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Preferred (Not Required) Certifications
