We value independent and critical thinking. This is a full-time position based in our Boston office, which requires you to be on-site five days a week. The role involves using a computer and collaborating within a team. Additionally, you will spend a significant portion of your workday standing or moving physically, which includes tasks such as opening, sorting, and checking in titles and delivering mail pieces.Please note, this is an ONSITE position based in Boston, MA. Office hours will be Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 PM EST.Key Responsibilities:Send outgoing packages using FedEx, UPS, and other carriers, and complete the necessary paperworkUpload scans of loan servicing related documents into the CRM system (Salesforce) based on defined business rules for various mail piecesInvestigate loan servicing related mail pieces that do not fall within established business rules, reaching out to the relevant internal stakeholders as required and ensuring time-sensitive mail pieces are prioritized as requiredChecking in vehicle titles and triage next steps as it relates to the documents received (mailing, filing, distributing to the Title Specialists)Make informed decisions utilizing tools provided to research needed informationSupport remote team members with in office tasks as neededReconcile current titles in office as needed with reporting provided by leadershipPerform other mail-related duties as assigned by managementKey Requirements:High school graduate or equivalent1+ years of experience in an office administration role or high volume corporate mail distribution department required.
