Job Description:
As a Sr. RPA Developer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable automation solutions using UiPath within a dynamic, enterprise environment. You will mentor junior developers, establish best practices, and ensure architectural alignment throughout the development lifecycle. This role demands a combination of deep technical proficiency, leadership, and a strong understanding of end-to-end RPA processes, tools, and enterprise integration standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable automation solutions using UiPath for complex enterprise applications Lead the full RPA lifecycle from requirements gathering to production support and maintenance Provide architectural direction and serve as a technical lead across RPA initiatives Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce RPA best practices and standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, senior developers, business analysts, and executive stakeholders Identify and assess automation opportunities through business process analysis Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including solution designs and operational manuals Implement DevOps and CI/CD practices for RPA deployments using tools such as GitHub Administer and manage UiPath Orchestrator configuration and bot scheduling Monitor automation performance, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met Ensure compliance with security and governance protocols across all automation solutions Stay updated on RPA trends and introduce innovative approaches to enhance automation effectiveness Lead technical discussions and ensure project alignment through consistent team and stakeholder communication Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 15+ years of overall IT experience with a solid foundation in software engineering Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in building enterprise-grade RPA solutions At least 5 years as a lead RPA developer or technical lead on large-scale automation projects Deep expertise in UiPath, including Orchestrator setup and administration Strong knowledge of RPA development frameworks, design patterns, and best practices Proficiency in API development, data exchange (JSON/XML), and complex SQL queries Programming experience in C#, VB.Net, Python, or Java Background in full SDLC including source control, rapid prototyping, and iterative development Familiarity with AWS and CI/CD pipeline implementation Experience with UI/UX frameworks and enterprise system integration Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across diverse teams Ability to manage multiple automation initiatives in a fast-paced environment Passion for innovation, digital transformation, and process optimization through automation
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $65.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
