SAP Business Systems Analyst (Onsite)

SAP Business Systems Analyst
for our premier client in
Louisville, Kentucky .
Education and Experience "
Bachelor's degree in information technology or related discipline and 2 years of related work experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Experience in technical software configuration, architecture, and integration. Technical familiarity with coding and development tools (ABAP, Python, Groovy, JavaScript a plus). Basic understanding of system integration protocols and security protocols (APIs, JSON/XML formats, SSO/SAML, common authorization protocols). High level of competency with cloud deployment practices and cloud technology, including CI/CD processes. S/4HANA, SAP Basis, SAP Solution Manager/Cloud ALM, SAP Identity Services, SAP Business Technology Platform experience highly preferred. Three+ years of experience supporting enterprise and financial applications with strong business processes and financial systems understanding.
WHAT YOU'LL DO: Job Responsibilities:
Ability to clearly define and create documentation to describe complex business processes flows and technical concepts, including reference guides and relationship diagrams. Coordinate upgrade and maintenance schedules, system alerts, and deployment lifecycles in collaboration with the functional IT leads. Conduct unit testing and rollout of customizations, custom objects, new enhancements, application releases and system integrations based on user/business needs. Manage user defect/issue reporting queues and work to determine the root cause and resolution of the defect/issue. Work as a technical analyst for financial and business enterprise systems with a focus on SAP cloud technology in support of application deployment, configuration, implementation, and integration. Maintain day-to-day operations across business applications for operational support including system monitoring, user authentication and security, and operational maintenance. Configure and monitor SAP Identity Services, including Identity Authentication, Provisioning, and Access Governance. Manage SSO, Authorization, and security policies in accordance with regulatory & company standards. Monitor and maintain network connectivity for on-premise and cloud services, working closely with IT operations and security teams. Function as a liaison between business leaders and IT to communicate priorities, while managing technical requirements for enterprise and financial applications. Excellent critical thinking skills and the capability of developing & configuring features in software with minimal definition or instruction. Promote continuous improvement and assess effectiveness of applications and systems using process analysis and automation. Work well in a collaborative team setting, coordinating work, and addressing work prioritization, escalating to management when necessary. Stay informed and updated on trends in automation, AI, and software integration. Ensure compliance and audit procedures are followed according to regulations and company standards across products in close collaboration with functional teams.
