Student Project Coordinator
The project management department on the Marketing Solutions team at the ASU Outreach Hub is looking for a methodical, organized and highly motivated Student Project Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day tasks that make our team run. You will support the internal team in managing the on-time and on-budget delivery of fund and web projects, in addition to larger scale marketing projects, reporting directly to the Marketing Project Manager. This position works approximately 1520 hours per week during regular business hours (MondayFriday, 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m.), with schedule arranged around academic commitments. What You'll Do
Supports project intake: Creates and maintains job folders in project management software, SharePoint and Google Drive, attends project intake calls with staff to assign resources to new, incoming projects. Assigns team members and resources to new projects in collaboration with the project management team. Coordinates project timelines: Enters and maintains project timelines in project management system for web and fund projects, and other marketing campaigns as assigned. Knowledgeable of the progress of tasks and timelines for assigned project portfolio. Assists with routing project assets through internal and client reviews. Maintains project management system: Supports the project management team by maintaining statuses of projects in project management system and updating marketing operations reports and dashboards. Assists with process documentation: Updates team expectation and process documents, as directed by the project management team. Helps refine workflows and improve documentation clarity. Collaborates and communicates: Acts as a primary contact for fund, ASU Link and web projects for external stakeholders and internal teammates. Regularly attends stand-up meetings, project check-ins and project management team meetings to collaborate with internal team members. What You'll Need

A current student at Arizona State University pursuing a degree in a related field with a willingness to learn and ability to work well with others. Preferred Skills and Abilities
Keen interest in marketing, communications or project management projects Knowledge of a project management software (Asana, Wrike, Monday, Trello, Airtable) Knowledge of Google Drive and Google suite Ability to quickly learn new software programs as needed Customer service approach to working with partners Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word; Microsoft Outlook knowledge highly desired Benefits
