Our services include routine and advanced soft tissue surgery, dental care, and urgent care during business hours. We're Fear Free, Feline Friendly Certified, and Human-Animal Bond Certified, because we know that caring for animals requires both skill and compassion. What You'll Be Doing: Assist veterinarians during exams, surgeries, and procedures Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments with care and precision Perform lab tests and diagnostic imaging to ensure top-tier medical care Surgical and dental prep, monitor anesthesia and vitals to keep our patients safe and comfortable Provide compassionate nursing care for pets during their recovery Communicate with clients and be their go-to pet care expert Maintain medical records Operate and maintain diagnostic equipment to support top-tier medical care Required Credentials: Licensed Veterinary Technician in the state of New York, or an experienced veterinary technician working toward your license in the next 6 months. You've mastered animal handling and can handle anything from puppies to grumpy cats with ease. You're a team player who knows how to support your colleagues and clients alike. You're great at multitasking and staying calm under pressure
no day is too hectic for you! Vetspire experience is a plus but not mandatory You're ready to provide top care for animals of all shapes and sizes and share your expertise with pet parents.
