Asset Liability Management Analyst

The Asset Liability Management (ALM) Analyst role will report to the ALM Measurement Lead within Corporate Treasury's Balance Sheet Management department. The Analyst will be responsible for measuring and interpreting the bank's interest rate risk exposures, namely NII and EVE sensitivities, under various scenarios. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring that bank earnings and interest rate risk profile remain within stated risk appetite. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, self-motivated and will possess a strong understanding of bank balance sheets, income statements, and financial markets. Duties & Responsibilities

Execute monthly production of Interest Rate Risk sensitivity measurements (NII, EVE, TCE, FMV) Prepare detailed analyses informing management of the bank's risk profile and key risk drivers Investigate balance sheet trends and forecasts to inform message around risk positioning Develop and automate monthly measurement, analytics, and reporting processes Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field 1+ years of experience in Asset Liability Management, Treasury or other related financial analysis Roles Knowledge of balance sheet and IRR concepts such as EVE, NII, duration, convexity, prepayments, and deposit betas Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL Possesses a curious attitude and enjoys problem-solving and process optimization Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or other quantitative field Exposure to Essbase and QRM or other ALM/financial modeling software Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, Python, R, or other coding languages Workplace Type
