Production Planner
Plan, schedule, and coordinate production for manufacturing lines based on daily MRP updates. Review changes, additions, or deletions for customer orders and determine component requirements. Evaluate raw materials and equipment to ensure readiness for production. Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines. Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across product lines. Report production status and any issues to upper management. Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Shop Order accuracy and production reporting. Skills and qualifications: 2 to 4 years of professional and progressive experience in production planning in an operations facility environment. Math and analytical skills. Proficient in SAP. Proficient in MS Office. Knowledge of production processes and quality control. Technical skills using material requirements planning and scheduling tools. Pay and benefits: The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
