Event Sales Manager

Gastamo Group is seeking an experienced, ambitious, community-minded, and results-driven Event Sales Manager to lead the expansion of our private events and off-premise catering programs. This role is responsible for scaling event sales across our iconic brands, including Park Burger, Homegrown Tap & Dough, Perdida, Lady Nomada, and Park & Co., with a goal of growing catering/event saleson and off premisesand food truck from $450K to $1.35M in 12 months. If successful, the target will increase by 50% year-over-year for the following two years, resulting in a projected run-rate of $3.04M by year three. By spring of 2026, this role will actively support events across a footprint stretching from Colorado Springs to Westminster, with Gastamo Group expected to operate 16 restaurantsand more on the way. Drive private events and catering sales to exceed a $1.35M annual target in first 12 months. Promptly respond to all inbound inquiries and prepare/send proposals. Focus on high-impact revenue streams including: On-premise buyouts include large parties, partial buyouts, full buyouts. Track pipeline conversion rates, lead sources, and weekly/monthly sales performance. Manage the CRM platform used to drive the sales pipeline, assist in platform selection if applicable, and work directly with the marketing department to build out and optimize systems and lead capture workflows. Work with marketing to build out the sales pipeline for inbound traffic, update websites with current event offerings, assist in pricing development, and build automations to simplify and streamline the intake and setup of new events. Actively engage in outreach, including entering office buildings, introducing the brand through soft calls, and following up with prospects to build awareness and expand the customer database. Partner with marketing to execute local campaigns targeted toward corporate clients. Follow up with past customers to encourage repeat bookings, particularly year-over-year event clients. A strong focus will be placed on cultivating and retaining corporate clientele. Execute upselling strategies aligned with Gastamo's core values and menu offerings. When food trucks are not activated, identify new opportunities to deploy them at breweries, community pools, school football games, neighborhood block parties, local farmer's markets, concert venues, and high-traffic retail centers. Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for all event-related communication. Build long-term relationships with corporate clients, community organizations, and local partners. Conduct walkthroughs, tastings, and post-event follow-ups to ensure repeat business and continuous improvement. Attend and check in on important guests and clients during their events to ensure elevated service and strengthen long-term relationships. Event Planning & Coordination

Create event orders, floor plans, run-of-show, and internal execution docs. Coordinate with restaurant leadership and culinary teams to ensure flawless execution. Establish clear pre- and post-event feedback cycles to enhance team learning and client satisfaction. Business Development & Marketing

Prospect new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and events. Collaborate with marketing to generate leads, content, and social proof from successful events. Represent Gastamo's hospitality-first mission in the community and with all prospective clients. Operational & Administrative

Maintain CRM and event booking systems (Tripleseat, Toast, or other industry-standard platforms). Collaborate with operations and finance teams on pricing and profitability tracking. Manage event documentation, contracts, invoicing, and deposits. Ensure compliance with licensing, insurance, and service standards across all locations. Compensation and Key Performance Indicators

Compensation: Base Salary: Based on experience, ranging from $65,000$85,000. Plus, commission. Primary Commission: All event revenue will be paid at 4% commission. Commission payouts are processed within three weeks of payment being received from the client to allow for payroll processing. The revenue goal is reset each year and increases based on the prior year's actual performance. This structure is designed to reward growth, encourage long-term client relationships, and promote a healthy mix of revenue from small catering orders, full buyouts, and off-premise activations. At least 2 years of hospitality event sales experience in restaurants, hotels, or venues A self-starter and relationship-builder with a drive for exceeding goals Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to lead with Gastamo's voice of hospitality, authenticity, and excellence Familiarity with CRM, booking, and POS systems (Tripleseat, Toast) Passion for community, creativity, and experiential dining Comfortable working weekends, evenings, and irregular hours when needed Previous supervisory experience

preferably in restaurant operations. Must be able to manage multiple tasks, large projects, and time restraints. Ability to present in front of medium-sized groups.
