Physician Clinic Nurse Supervisor, RNSpecialty Clinic
The Clinic Nurse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinical operations and the delivery of high-quality services within the assigned clinics, including the Specialty Clinic, General Surgery Clinic, Orthopedic Clinic, Wound Clinic, and Pain Clinic. This role provides direct supervision of clinic staff and ensures operational efficiency and compliance with clinical standards, protocols, and safety regulations. Key responsibilities include: Managing clinic workflows and staff schedules to optimize patient access and clinic flow Leading initiatives in population-based quality improvement and enhancing the patient experience Ensuring clinical services align with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements Promoting a culture of safety, excellence, and service Qualifications: Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred Current RN license in the State of Nebraska or a Compact state Current CPR/BLS certification Outpatient clinical experience preferred 2-3 years of supervisory/management experience preferred 4-6 years of clinical nursing experience preferred Shift Schedule: Full-Time | MondayFriday, 7:30 AM
