Employee Recognition & Rewards: A culture that celebrates and rewards your hard work and dedication What You Bring To SBHG (Qualifications): Associate degree plus six years of experience in a mental health field, OR Bachelor's degree in a Mental Health Field plus four years of experience in a mental health field, OR Master's degree in a Mental Health Field plus two years of experience in a mental health field. License or Certification Level 42: BBS registration as Associate Marriage Family Therapist, Social Worker, or Professional Clinical Counselor or Psychology Assistant. BBS licensed as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist Valid California Driver's License Meets Agency driver eligibility criteria. Note: Must possess a valid California Driver's License and maintain a driving record that meets the company driver's eligibility policy. How You Will Make A Difference (Job Overview): This position coordinates the care and leads the FSP team regarding service delivery based on participant voice.
