This position starts now and ends 01/09/26. Must be at least 18 years of age. Summary: Directs and coordinates activities involved in operating retail shops in assigned areas and provides leadership in the overall shop's activities of a quality and nature that will result in meeting and exceeding customer expectations. Supervisory Responsibilities: Manages 1-2 subordinate TM II's and is responsible for their overall direction, coordination and evaluation. Also directly supervises 2-30 Team Members. Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees, planning assigning and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned.) Assigns duties to workers and schedules break periods, work hours and vacations. Trains workers in company policies and procedures and job duties. Ensure proper handling of customer credit card information in compliance with Property Procedures and Purchasing Card Industry (PCI) standards. Oversees recorded delivery of merchandise, compares record with merchandise ordered, and reports discrepancies to control costs and maintain correct inventory levels. Inspects merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed. Recommends additions to or deletions of merchandise assortments. Assists sales workers in completing difficult sales. Proves to be exemplary in providing outstanding customer service including answering questions, responding to requests and selling merchandise. Must be able to manage difficult or emotional customer situations. Keeps record of sales, prepares inventory of stock and orders supplies. Maintains harmony among workers, resolves grievances and focuses on solving conflict, not blaming. Effectively performs PIC/Host duties as requested by management. Coordinates projects; Communicates changes and progress. Maintains confidentiality. Takes responsibility for subordinates' activities; Makes self-available to staff; Monitors delegated activities. Observes safety and security procedures; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly. Effectively influences actions and opinions of others; Leads by example. Position requires operation and training of computerized cash register system. Education/Experience: Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or six months to one-year related experience and/or training or equivalent of education and experience. Physical Demands: Continuously lift and/or move up to 10 pounds Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, and peripheral vision and depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Regularly use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms at all levels and talk and hear clearly. Regularly required to stand, walk on uneven sloped surfaces including to and from assigned employee parking located at the park perimeter and employee workstation. Frequently required to balance and stoop, kneel or crouch Regularly be required to climb up and down ladders, stairs and uneven sloped surfaces to include climbing and descending steps on an employee shuttle bus based on parking assignments. Work Environment: Regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles Frequently exposed to work in high, precarious places, toxic or caustic chemicals and outdoor weather conditions. Occasionally exposed to wet or humid conditions (non-weather) and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
