Provider Development And Well-Being Team Member

The Bronson Center for Learning (BCFL) seeks a dedicated and proactive professional to join our Provider Development and Well-Being (PD&W) team. In this role, you'll contribute to the professional growth and well-being of Bronson's Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers by helping implement, coordinate, and occasionally lead various impactful initiatives. As a key support partner, you will assist in the planning and executing development programs such as the Provider Leadership Academy, Grand Rounds, and Clinical Skills Development. You'll also support the work of the Provider Wellness Committee, which leads Bronson's provider-focused well-being efforts. This includes coordinating social events, scheduling and promoting recognition programs like the Provider Compassion Award and Provider of the Month, and managing related communications and logistics. Additional responsibilities include supporting newsletters, book clubs, CME opportunities, and maintaining provider-facing content. While primarily a support role, this position offers opportunities to lead select projects and contribute to developing new initiatives. Strong organizational and project management skills are essential as you'll be responsible for coordinating logistics, tracking participation, and ensuring smooth program execution. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance provider engagement, satisfaction, and retention, making a meaningful impact on Bronson's culture and care delivery. Role Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Communication, Healthcare Administration, Education, Business Management, or a related field Experience supporting clinical providers and leadership in a healthcare or similar professional environment Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage logistics for events, meetings, and recognition programs Demonstrated ability to support process improvement efforts and track program outcomes using data and feedback Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable using digital platforms for communication and scheduling Skilled in written and verbal communication including preparing newsletters, event materials, and internal updates Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and follow through on tasks with attention to detail Collaborative and service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across teams Essential Duties Include: Support the professional development and well-being needs of Bronson's Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers by coordinating programs, events, and communications that align with organizational goals Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Bronson Medical Group, Medical Staff Office, Human Resources, and Nursing Leadership to ensure alignment and integration of provider-focused initiatives Partner with external stakeholders such as Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine, community organizations, and vendors to support continuing education and well-being efforts Coordinate the provider's continuing medical education (CME) process in partnership with WMed ensuring compliance and smooth execution of learning opportunities Assist in the development and delivery of content in collaboration with the Center for Learning team supporting provider learning and engagement Manage provider communications across multiple platforms including newsletters, direct emails, SharePoint, and presentations to ensure timely and relevant information sharing Support the planning and execution of provider recognition and engagement activities including social events, the Provider Compassion Award, and Provider of the Month Contribute to the evaluation of programs and initiatives by collecting and organizing feedback, tracking participation, and supporting data-driven improvements Responsibilities: Provider Development 40 Supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of development programs that enhance the skills and effectiveness of Bronson's Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers. Assists with initiatives such as the Provider Leadership Academy, Grand Rounds, and Clinical Skills Development. Helps track participation and gather feedback to support continuous improvement. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to align development efforts with organizational goals and provider engagement strategies.
