Compounding Pharmacy Technician

Join a growing, innovative pharmacy team dedicated to excellence in compounding. We're seeking a Compounding Pharmacy Technician with expertise in both hazardous sterile and non-hazardous compounding, particularly in testosterone formulations using seed oil bases. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare hazardous and non-hazardous sterile compounds, including testosterone formulations. Maintain a clean, compliant compounding environment in accordance with USP 797 and 800 standards. Document all compounding activities accurately, including batch records, cleaning logs, and quality control checks. Participate in quality assurance and control programs to ensure product integrity. Assist with inventory management: receiving, labeling, and storing supplies. Qualifications:
PTCB Certification and Tennessee Pharmacy Technician Registration required. Minimum 2 years of compounding experience (5+ years preferred). Experience in sterile and nonsterile compounding. Familiarity with USP 797 and 800 compliance. Hospital pharmacy experience and leadership interest are a plus. Experience compounding multiple drug types preferred. Work Environment:
Fast-paced, detail-driven setting with two shift options: First Shift: 9 AM
5 PM (may vary to 8:30 AM
6 PM) Second Shift: 11 AM
7 PM Monday through Friday schedule. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
