This includes hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and apheresis modalities at all three locations. This leader will conduct evaluations for employees, jumping into staffing as needed to help with staffing. Part of the role of the COS will be overseeing process improvements in the departments. Our COS will play a part in employee satisfaction by conducting regular employee rounding, while also overseeing the patient satisfaction and other quality measures established within the department and the hospital. Our Dialysis COS will be a resource for ACHC and state surveys and keeping our policies and procedures up to date. The COS will oversee the staffing schedule and vacation schedule and assist with timekeeping and department specific financials.
