Every day, we strive to improve financial security for people around the world. Joining our U.S. Fund Administration team means becoming part of a collaborative, mission-driven group that values purpose and precision. We are seeking an Analyst to work in a hybrid role across fund expense management and financial reporting. You'll play a key role in ensuring accuracy and transparency in fund operating expenses, managing complex financial reporting cycles, and supporting key regulatory filings. This role requires strong technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. Fund Expense Management

Lead the preparation and oversight of fund operating expense accruals and financial statement support schedules. Analyze and forecast fund expenses to support annual budgeting and strategic planning processes. Manage disbursements, regulatory filings (e.g., Form 1099, SEC Form 24f-2), and board reporting materials. Evaluate and enhance documentation of internal processes and controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Financial Reporting

Oversee the preparation and review of quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements and related SEC filings (e.g., Forms N-CSR, N-PORT) across mutual funds, CITs, and alternative investment products. Coordinate with auditors, custodians, service providers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality reports on schedule. Support year-end audits and ad hoc financial projects across fund structures and reporting platforms. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline reporting workflows and strengthen regulatory compliance. Your Expertise

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred. Up to two years of relevant experience in fund administration, financial reporting, or accounting within asset management. Knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements; IFRS experience a plus. Familiarity with mutual funds, ETFs, CITs, LLCs, and partnership accounting. Solid understanding of the Investment Company Act of 1940 and other applicable regulations is a plus. Ability to manage complex workloads, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality results under deadlines. Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to stakeholders and collaborating across functions. Strong Excel skills; experience with financial reporting tools (e.g., Confluence Unity) highly preferred. Willingness to work extended hours during key reporting cycles as needed.
