As a Service Advisor, you're responsible for creating a super Norm Reeves location service experience for our guests and using your communication skills to build the bridge between guests and technicians. Your work will ensure our guests leave 100% satisfied with their Norm Reeves location experience. This role is a great way to kick start your career with us! What You'll Do Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of our dealership. Consult with customers to understand their service requirements and concerns, and accurately document their vehicle information and service history. Perform vehicle walk-arounds and inspections to identify maintenance needs and recommend appropriate services based on manufacturer guidelines and customer preferences. Provide clear and detailed explanations of recommended services, including cost estimates and timelines, to help customers make informed decisions. Coordinate service appointments and manage the service schedule to ensure timely completion of work and maximize service department efficiency. Communicate with customers throughout the service process, providing updates on the status of their vehicle and addressing any questions or concerns. Liaise with service technicians and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolution of customer issues. Upsell additional services and accessories as appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue. What You'll Need Previous experience in automotive service advisory or customer service roles, preferably within a dealership environment. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
