Media Strategy Intern
Tombras, a 400+ person, full-service, national advertising agency, is seeking a Media Strategy Intern. Where you'll be working: Knoxville, TN. What to expect as a Media Strategy intern at Tombras: Commitment to a 10 week, paid internship, $18 an hour starting on 6/3/25 and ending on 8/8/25 with a maximum of 25 hours per week. What You'll Be Doing:
Working closely with Channel Strategist and Supervisors to contribute to day-to-day deliverables. Competitive monitoring and data collection via AdIntel and other resources. Audience research and insights. Reading, aggregating and distributing relevant media industry information to the Media Strategy team. Supporting Media Strategists by gathering information/research related to specific client industries as needed (ie. financial, healthcare, etc) Creation and contribution to Google Docs, Google Sheets and/or Google Slides documents as requested. Other duties as assigned by supervisors. What You Bring:
General understanding of the advertising industry including basic industry terminology, trends and tactics. Academic experience related to marketing research and media planning. Self-motivated with an ambition to learn about Media Strategy, planning and channels. (digital and traditional) Excels in proactive communication, organization and deadline management.
