Human Resources Coordinator
The HR Coordinator will be a team member of the America's HR function and will be key in supporting the administration of various human resource programs and processes. This role is crucial in ensuring that HR operations run smoothly and efficiently, providing support to employees and management while contributing to a positive workplace culture. This position will support the America's region (US and Latin America). Key Responsibilities: Support the recruitment process including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, pre-employment screening requirements, and facilitating onboarding for new employees. Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Coordinate employee training and development programs, tracking attendance and assessments. Manage the benefits administration process, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries. Assist in the administration of the following HR processes: offboarding and time and attendance processes for accuracy in reporting pay. Support employee engagement initiatives and coordinate events that promote a positive workplace culture. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs in a timely and professional manner. Prepare HR-related reports and analyze data as needed to support HR initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute for education. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR role. Strong understanding of HR principles and practices. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
