Contracts Administrator

As a Contracts Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of customer pricing and contract terms. You will collaborate with various departments to resolve any issues related to pricing and contracts, while maintaining up-to-date records in the SAP system. Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer pricing in the SAP system. Review and audit contracts to verify customer pricing and terms. Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Support, and other departments to resolve pricing and contract issues. Respond to inquiries regarding pricing, contract terms, GPO affiliations, billing plans, and documentation. Manage contract changes, pricing escalations, chargebacks, capital equipment credits, and tier activations. Ensure all contract processes comply with internal and external standards. Essential Skills

2+ years of experience in contract administration or related field. Proficiency in data entry and customer service. Experience with SAP, particularly in pricing maintenance. Intermediate Excel skills, especially VLOOKUPS. Ability to track obligations and monitor performance post-execution. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce, is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use judgment to resolve routine issues. Effective team communication skills, working closely with supervisors, peers, and occasionally external vendors. Work Environment

You will join a team of approximately 14 people and will report directly to a supervisor. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Remote work is available on Mondays and Fridays. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
