You'll work cross-functionally across marketing, product, sales, and executive teams to ensure CertifID's presence is cohesive, inspiring, differentiated, and trusted. Own and evolve CertifID's visual identity across all channelsfrom brand guidelines to execution. Drive the look and feel of the brand with high standards for consistency, clarity, and creativity. Ensure we show up with visual polish across web, social, events, and product touchpoints. Creative Leadership

Serving as the company's go-to design partner, balancing execution with strategic direction Translate brand goals into compelling creative strategies that differentiate us in the market. Collaborate closely with marketing and leadership on campaigns, positioning, and storytelling. Proactively evolve our visual systems to support scale, clarity, and innovation. Production and Delivery

Experiment with modern techniques to bring fresh perspectives to static and motion design Produce assets What We're Looking For

5+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or B2B SaaS preferred) Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, brand elevation, and cross-medium execution. Confidence collaborating with stakeholders across marketing, leadership, and product. Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma Strong point of view on visual storytelling, typography, and brand identity. Familiarity or experience using AI-powered design tools (e.g., Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALLE, or similar) Familiarity with modern brand design principles and storytelling through visuals Basic knowledge of motion graphics (e.g., After Effects) A keen eye for detail and an obsession with clean, user-centered design Self-directed, strategic thinker who thrives in fast-moving environments Experience working in collaborative tools (e.g., Slack, Asana, Notion) Video editing and animation capabilities Nice To Have

Prior experience in fintech, cybersecurity, or real estate Illustration skills for custom icons, characters, or diagrams Experience building scalable brand systems or design libraries What We Offer
