Qualifications: 2+ years Dealership F&I Manager REQUIRED Strong Customer Service Focus REQUIRED High Volume experience REQUIRED Attention to detail and CIT REQUIRED Team player that works well with others REQUIRED Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals REQUIRED Import Brand STRONGLY PREFERRED Subaru experience PREFERRED CDK experience PREFERRED Ready to have fun while making customer happy REQUIRED! The California pay range for this position is $10,000.00-19,000 monthly. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual product and reserve income, and bonuses based on individual net PVR, product penetration, and manufacturer approvability.
