Holy Cross Medical Center Holy Cross Taos, NM Clinical Professional Full Time, Days, Call Required The Circulator RN demonstrates a high level of expertise in one or more surgical specialties and has become an expert in a defined area or service. Acts a liaison and resource to nursing staff, medical staff and Department Directors, and Managers. Identifies educational needs of the nursing staff. Collaborates with all healthcare providers by participating on committees as they relate to the surgical service and education programs for the nursing staff by demonstrating clinical and theoretical expertise, Plans, coordinates and presents relevant in-service and education programs for the nursing staff. Position requires 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts to cover department Monday-Friday 6:30-17:00. Position requires individual to assume "on call" duty on a rotating basis. Call required to cover evenings, nights, weekends and Holidays. Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited school or college of nursing required. Current NM license as a Registered Nurse required CNOR certification preferred BCLS, ASLS and PALS required Minimum of one year of comparable experience is required Facility Highlights: Holy Cross Medical Center is the sole full service healthcare provider in Taos.
