Dealer School Trainee

Dealer School Trainees will receive comprehensive training in table games dealing, with a focus on providing outstanding guest service and maintaining the integrity of the game. This program is designed for individuals interested in beginning a career in casino table games. No prior experience is required. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Learn to accurately and professionally deal the following table games: Blackjack, including multiple side bets Ultimate Texas Hold'em DJ Wild Double Deck Blackjack Learn and demonstrate proper game protection techniques and awareness. Practice chip handling, card dealing, game procedures, and customer interaction. Understand and apply all gaming rules, casino policies, and regulatory guidelines. Develop the ability to perform mental math quickly and accurately under pressure. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout training. Attend all scheduled training sessions and participate actively. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age and able to obtain a gaming license upon completion of class. High school diploma or equivalent. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Basic math skills and ability to perform calculations without a calculator. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license through [Tribal/State] Gaming Commission. Training Duration: 3 months 5 days a week, 4 hours a day Note: Successful completion of dealer school does not guarantee employment but may lead to a dealer position based on performance, attendance, and business needs. Must pass an audition to be eligible.
