Customer Service Representative
Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the operations team supporting customer interactions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Mishawaka, IN Onsite Pay Range: $20$25 per hour, depending on experience What's the Job? Answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner. Enter and process sales orders accurately; verify product specs, pricing, and delivery details. Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to track and fulfill customer orders. Provide updates to customers regarding order status, shipping schedules, and any delays. Investigate and resolve order issues, product concerns, or service complaints efficiently. What's Needed? 3+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in basic computer programs and order entry systems (ERP experience a plus).
