As an entry-level dental professional, you will receive hands-on training and have the opportunity to grow your career in dentistry as a Dental Assistant. We are a six-chair clinic that is passionate about providing high-quality dental care to our patients. As a Dental Sterilization Tech, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care. You will be the supporting role in our clinic with all things infection control with sterilizing instruments, turning over operatories in a fast-paced environment, assisting with setting up trays and operatories for dental procedures, maintaining the sterilization lab area, and assisting the dental team with phone calls, appointments, and supply stocking. What you'll need: High school Diploma or equivalent Register as a Dental Assistant with Washington State DOH within 14 days of hire BLS (Basic Life Support) and Bloodborne Pathogen training Motivation to grow your career in the Dental field Strong work ethic Desire to collaborate with a Team What we can offer you: Opportunities for advancement Hands-on training that will prepare you for a Dental Assistant role.
