Closes 27-Aug-2025 (CST) Athletics River Forest, IL, USA Bi-weekly stipend of $330 and considerable Tuition Remission Number of Hours: 19 Hours a Week Duties/Responsibilities Lead in planning, developing, and executing intramural events to promote student involvement, wellness, and school spirit. Oversee logistics, setup, and smooth operation of events, ensuring safety and adherence to university policies. Promote programs through social media, flyers, announcements, and other communication channels to increase participation. Coordinate with student organizations, athletic departments, and campus units to facilitate successful events. Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers and participants to ensure active engagement. Maintain records of event attendance, participant feedback, and evaluations. Prepare reports on program outcomes and utilize data insights for continuous improvement. Foster an inclusive and welcoming environment that encourages diverse student participation. Required Skills/Knowledge Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required.
