Sierra Tucson, a world renowned residential treatment center, is seeking a Full Time Program Specialist to work at our beautiful campus, located at 39580 S Lago del Oro Parkway, Tucson AZ. Purpose Statement: Perform routine and specific maintenance services which may include grounds work. Schedule: Monday - Friday (subject to change), 4 days as Scheduler, 1 day as Sales Scheduling: The position includes scheduling integrative services. The Integrative scheduling position requires excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast pace environment while being detailed. Experience in word processing, Excel, other database program experience is necessary, use communication through email and text messaging. Sales: In this position you will meet one on one with residents to provide information on available services, create a package that best suits their needs per their consultation and processes payments with the clover system. Integrative Department services offered include massage, acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, shiatsu, zero balancing, Naturopathic Medical consultations, physical therapy, personal training and bio neuro feedback services. Will coordinate with Care Planning Department to ensure coordinated efforts prioritizing resident schedules. Work closely with medical staff to ensure that integrative services scheduled in a timely manner. Create and maintain detailed list of available therapists and their approved services. Documents patient care services by charting in a timely manner. Schedulers will maintain excellent customer service with all departments and patients and facilitate clear communication among patients, providers and medical staff as it relates to schedules. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies Other: Maintains complete confidentiality in all patient/program matters, in accordance with facility policy. Adhere to all policies and procedures relevant to the job, the department, and external regulating bodies or obtain approval for exception. Perform other functions and tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Education, Experience and Skills Required: High School Diploma or G.E. Knowledge of integrative modalities, medical or spa services preferred Word Processing, Excel, other database program experience necessary Excellent communication skills Problem solver Ability to work alone as well as within a team necessary Strong attention to detail required Licenses/Designations/Certifications: CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility). First aid may be required based on state or facility.
