Hardware Project Manager
As a Hardware Project Manager, you will oversee multiple projects within our hardware product line including Neptune and Triton. You will work alongside the engineering and manufacturing teams to support products from design to production to sustaining engineering. You'll help make timelines for design cycles, work with procurement during ordering phases, and support engineering change orders during production. During this process you'll work closely with leadership and senior management to communicate schedule, changes, and statuses. This role is located in-person in our Cambridge, MA office. We do our best work on complex multidisciplinary systems when in-person and working from our offices including our Cambridge, MA and Everett, MA facilities. What You'll Do:
Support hardware design and manufacturing teams
in executing and delivering on new and existing products Create, update, and communicate Gantt charts
with schedules and milestones Work to align stakeholders and resources
to project status and plans within our Agile development system Manage BOMs, drawings, PLM systems, suppliers , and work with purchasing to ensure parts flow from design to production seamlessly About You:
2+ years of experience
in technical project management or engineering project leadership Understanding of product development lifecycle
for electromechanical systems Demonstrated ability
to manage complex projects involving both hardware and software Excellent organizational and communication skills , including executive reporting Continuous improvement mindset Experience with Jira Experience with PLM tools Bachelor's degree in engineering
