Senior Epic PA/PE IT Analyst I
The Senior Epic PA/PE IT Analyst I is responsible for the configuration, optimization, support, and troubleshooting of the Cadence, Prelude, Referrals, MyChart and Hello World Epic modules. You will collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to ensure Epic's functionality supports key workflows, improves operational efficiencies, and enhances the patient and provider experience. This role focuses on ensuring that referrals are processed smoothly, troubleshooting technical issues, and configuring Epic's referrals-related functionality to improve patient access to healthcare. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Epic's Referrals module, experience with Epic's Patient Experience (Hello World/MyChart) applications, and a strong understanding of Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) organizations. Essential Functions of the Job:
Configure and optimize Epic Cadence to streamline scheduling workflows for both outpatient and inpatient services. Ensure that scheduling is efficient, accurate, and meets the needs of providers and patients. Support and optimize Epic Prelude to ensure accurate patient registration, insurance verification, and demographic management. Focus on enhancing the patient intake process to improve operational efficiency. Oversee the configuration and optimization of Epic Referrals, enabling the effective management of referrals, including tracking, scheduling, and communication with referring providers. Configure and support the Hello World module for patient communication and engagement, helping ensure clear and efficient messages between patients and providers, and integrating into other Epic modules where necessary. Manage the configuration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of Epic MyChart (patient portal), ensuring it provides patients with secure access to their health information, appointment scheduling, and messaging capabilities. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to analyze, design, and implement efficient workflows for Cadence, Prelude, Referrals, Hello World, and MyChart to meet the needs of clinical and operational stakeholders. Troubleshoot system issues, escalating to Epic Support as necessary, and provide timely resolution to minimize disruptions. Perform system upgrades, testing, and validation for the listed Epic modules, ensuring that new functionality is properly integrated and end-users are supported. Provide training and ongoing support for end-users in the use of Epic Cadence, Prelude, Referrals, Hello World, and MyChart, developing user documentation and resources. Monitor system performance, conduct audits, and recommend enhancements to optimize workflow efficiencies and the overall user experience. Participate in Epic system projects, such as new module implementations, system optimizations, and system integrations with other clinical applications. Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

Experience in Epic upgrade processes, new module implementations, and system integration. Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations, including HIPAA Equipment Used:
