The HR People Analytics Specialist will play a critical role in delivering data-driven insights and analytics solutions to support strategic workforce planning and enhance HR decision-making. This global role focuses on leveraging data for HR and analyze trends, provide actionable insights, and develop advanced reporting capabilities. The position will collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and help create a data-centric approach to managing talent and organizational performance. Key Responsibilities
Analyze workforce data, including employee lifecycle metrics (e.g., turnover, retention, engagement, and diversity), to identify trends and actionable insights. Perform predictive analytics and modeling to forecast workforce needs, attrition risks, and other critical HR metrics. Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic HR initiatives and organizational goals. Design and maintain dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to present HR data clearly and effectively. Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports on key HR metrics to HR leaders and business stakeholders. Translate complex data sets into compelling narratives to inform decision-making. Support strategic workforce planning by analyzing data related to headcount, skills gaps, and future talent needs. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to create models and scenarios for organizational restructuring or growth initiatives. Develop and track metrics to assess the success of workforce strategies and interventions. Ensure the accuracy and consistency of HR data by conducting regular audits and resolving discrepancies. Maintain compliance with global data privacy and security regulations. Partner with global HR teams, business leaders, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytics solutions. Act as an advisor to HR leaders, helping them leverage data to drive performance and align with organizational objectives. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree 3+ years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or workforce planning in an enterprise organization. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Business Administration or related Proficiency in HR systems such as Dayforce, Workday, ServiceNow, and SAP for data extraction and reporting. Advanced skills in data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Excel, or similar platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
