Wealth Management Practice Assistant

This full-time, 35.5-hour-per-week role in Peabody, MA will support our team of Financial Advisors under LPL Financial's Employee Advisor Model. You'll be part of a team committed to helping clients at every stage of their financial journey while growing your own career by providing meaningful financial solutions and interpersonal support. You'll gain hands-on experience in a financial planning office, leveraging your skill sets including client communication, documentation, analysis, and planning. You'll collaborate in a small office with our five person team and learn essential skills in operations, planning, service, and trading. As you gain experience and autonomy, your responsibilities will expand. Responsibilities
Assist the Operations Manager with account openings, asset transfers, and payouts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Manage tasks and workflows in Wealthbox (our contact management system), contributing to a seamless client experience through professional communication and interactions. Educate clients on account services, capabilities, and new technology, including eSignature, paperless statements, and Account View (client portal). Support the Director of Financial Planning with client reviews, data analysis, and problem-solving. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and prepare materials for client meetings. Work with the Investment Team to place trades, set up dollar cost averaging programs, and generate investment proposals. This role provides state-of-the-art technology, training, and mentorship in a collaborative environment. 2+ years of experience working in a small-business environment 2+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; CRM applications Preferences
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal Strong time management, able to handle multiple projects and deadlines Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering relationships with clients and colleagues Analytical and research-oriented mindset Self-motivated, proactive, and driven Prior customer service experience Pay Range: $22.82-$38.04/hour. Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
