Our practice is located at the convenient location of 4 Centennial Drive in Peabody, MA! Job Summary We are seeking a full time, 36-hour RN Lead to support our practice onsite. The schedule will consist of 4, 9-hour shifts. The RN Lead is accountable for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessment of patients' clinical decision-making regarding nursing care, assuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients. The RN Lead acts in lead capacity to other nursing staff. Essential Functions Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records. Administer medication to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects. Record patients' medical information and vital signs. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Collaborates with nurse managers and staff to assess the learning needs and competencies of staff. Demonstrates best practices for staff to follow. May participate on teams or perform special projects/assignments. Qualifications Education
Associate's Degree Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred Licenses and Credentials
Registered Nurse [RN - State License] required Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support [ACLS Certification] preferred Basic Life Support [BLS] Certificate preferred Oncology Certified Nurse [OCN] preferred Neonatal Resuscitation Certification [NRP] preferred Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certification preferred Experience
