The Senior/Principal Product Manager, Logistics AI and Delivery Intelligence will drive the strategy, execution, and expansion of Quince's logistics technology stack including both deliveries and returns. This role focuses on enabling scalable, efficient, and automated transportation and last-mile operations, while ensuring compliance, visibility, and cost control across the supply chain. The Product Manager will work closely with engineering, operations, compliance, and finance teams. Responsibilities:

Strategy & Vision:

Define the 1224 month roadmap for logistics capabilities including TMS, last-mile integrations, invoice reconciliation, and control tower functionalities. Execution & Delivery:

Lead the launch of the Transportation Management System (TMS), last-mile optimization engine, and Control Tower within the first 69 months. Deliver rate card management and invoice reconciliation tools. Operational Excellence:

Drive system stability, accuracy, SLA adherence, and proactive exception handling. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with Engineering, Logistics Ops, Data, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure solutions are scalable, accurate, and policy-compliant. Metrics Ownership:

Delivery SLA adherence, logistics cost per order, invoice discrepancy rate, carrier allocation accuracy. AI Use Case Development (0?1):

Identify, prototype, and launch new AI applications in routing, carrier allocation, anomaly detection, and SLA prediction. Partner with data science and engineering teams to move from concept to MVP to scaled rollout. Requirements:

5-8 years total experience, 3+ years in product management (logistics, transportation, or operations technology focus). Experience building or integrating TMS, WMS, control towers, or last-mile allocation systems, Returns RMS. Familiarity with logistics operations and industry platforms (e.g., freight forwarders, rate engines, last-mile carriers), Returns Operations. Technical fluency; ability to write PRDs for API-driven systems. Strong execution skills; data-driven decision-making (comfortable with SQL/Looker/analytics tools). Clear, structured communicator with cross-functional teams.
