We are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team in our 64 bed Skilled Nursing and TCU facility. Position Summary:The Director of Nursing is responsible for overseeing the nursing department and ensuring high-quality, compliant, and person-centered care is delivered to all residents. The DON plays a key leadership role in mentoring nursing staff, implementing policies, maintaining regulatory standards, and fostering a culture of excellence.Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and supervise the nursing departmentEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulationsCoordinate and oversee resident care planning and deliveryMonitor and improve clinical outcomes and quality indicatorsRecruit, train, and retain nursing staffMaintain effective communication with residents, families, physicians, and staffParticipate in budget planning and manage departmental expensesPrepare for and participate in surveys and inspectionsPromote a positive and collaborative work environmentQualifications:Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Minnesota.Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing management experience in long-term care or skilled nursingKnowledge of federal and state regulations for nursing facilities (CMS, OBRA, etc.)Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to mentor and inspire staffPassion for resident-centered care and team collaborationBenefits:Competitive salary based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off (PTO) and holiday paySign On Bonus- $6,000 paid out over 12 monthsContinuing education and professional development supportA supportive and mission-driven workplaceApply Today!#MC
