As a part of our growing Client Services team, you will handle facultative reinsurance accounting and claims in addition to providing technical expertise for client, reinsurers, and internal teams. Client Service Analyst Responsibilities
Serve as facultative premium and claims contact between clients and reinsurers. Process premium, claims, and endorsement transactions in accounting system. Analyze and understand facultative reinsurance certificates. Ability to create and analyze various reports. Use problem solving skills to address and resolve questions. Conduct timely and regular follow-ups when needed. Performs other responsibilities and duties as needed. Client Service Analyst Qualifications
Required: Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field; Accounting, Finance, Math, or Economics preferred. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint). Ability to handle high volume of work with high accuracy. Ability to take instruction, follow process, and work as part of a team towards a common goal. Ability to efficiently organize work and manage time in order to meet deadlines. Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed. Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills required. Communicate effectively through both verbal and written means. Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting confidentiality of Client and company information. Additional Information
