Kalahari Resorts is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Waterpark Group Sales Coordinator to lead the charge in bringing high-energy, high-impact group events to life in our award-winning indoor waterparks! From splash-filled birthday bashes to exclusive after-hours lock-in parties, you'll be the go-to expert for all non-overnight social and group events. This high-profile role is all about people, planning, and performance. You'll take the reins on prospecting, booking, and retaining every guest group while working closely with teams across the resort to deliver seamless, memorable events. The ideal candidate is an outgoing, sales-driven professional with exceptional organizational and communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to independently manage and execute fun, high-impact waterpark events. Key Responsibilities Prospect, book, and manage non-overnight waterpark events such as birthday parties and social gatherings. Serve as the main point of contact for clients from inquiry through event completion. Coordinate event details across departments to ensure smooth execution and exceptional guest experiences. Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required. Strong ability to build rapport, identify client needs, overcome objections, and close sales. Skilled in cross-department collaboration to support guest/client needs.
