Customer Service Representative
Our CSRs are one of the most valuable staff members at South & Washington County Veterinary Hospital located in Wakefield, Rhode Island. Minutes from the beach and other local favorites, our hospitals remain a prime location to work and build positive relationships. We are looking for someone to continue to build and lead a strong positive team. CSR's pay close attention to detail of our client's needs and wants, provide clear communication and explanation of all services. Other duties include clerical, scheduling appointments and payment processing and other duties related to veterinary care. Most importantly, we expect our CSR's to make our clients and pets feel welcome and give individual attention to every client and every phone call. Our CSR's are usually expected to have background in veterinary knowledge and continuous learning and education to improve in all areas of position.
