Provide supports tailored to each individual's needs and authorized for Mains'l to provide (this may include dressing, bathing, responding to behavioral situations, coaching through challenging moments, etc.) Support in transportation to various activities and attending medical appointments as needed Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment Complete household responsibilities, including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation. Teach valuable life skills Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy. Document care accurately to ensure ongoing support. Participate in ongoing training, medication reviews, and health assessments. Location: St. Paul, Oakdale
Shifts: Afternoons, Weekends, Part-Time
Wage: $17.00/hour
What You Need:
A passion for helping others and making a positive difference in their lives. At least 18 years of age. A valid US driver's license. Ability to pass a background check through DHS. Summary of Available Benefits:
