Events Intern - Fall
PURPLE New York are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events PR Intern to join our events team, working across a portfolio of luxury brands. You should be a dedicated, multi-tasked, and proactive candidate who is enthusiastic about the fields of hospitality, art, and design and has an interest in a public relations career. Key Responsibilities
Assist with guest list curation and RSVP management. Support event recaps, as well as the creation of event documents such as face sheets, shot lists, and event briefings. Assist in ongoing vendor and venue documents. Maintain cultural calendars. Support occasional messenger services for projects. Work alongside the team for events. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Must be New York based. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Canva. Must be up to date on cultural trends in fashion, lifestyle, and beauty industries. Intern Payment and Working Hours:
This is an unpaid internship. We will provide experience that meets the criteria for academic credit and will complete any paperwork provided by the student to obtain course credit from an accredited academic institution. You must be able to work in office a minimum of 15 hours per week. Please note, this internship is on site with no remote work opportunities. About Purple
