JOB DUTIES INCLUDE: Administrative duties: Answer phones and greet customers. Help with program information and

memberships and services Answer all emails Confirmation Calls/Texts Follow up calls/Texts Collect payments Update customers lists Manage filing and office organization
Marketing: Create and schedule marketing emails Create flyers to promote business Search for partnership opportunities and manage/attend events
General: Manage supplies and office inventory to ensure regular supply of materials Make sure lobby is always clean
Job Requirements: At least 1 year experience in similar position Familiar with all emailing and texting platforms Superb organizational skills Excellent writing skills Excellent phone etiquette Punctual Outgoing friendly personality Customer service champion
Alternating Schedule: Monday to Friday 5am to 11am. or 4m to 7pm. Sat or Sun 8am to
